Welcome to StillWaters! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StillWaters mobile application ("App") operated by StillWaters ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By accessing or using StillWaters, you confirm that you:

• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms

Scripture

Scripture quotations are from various Bible translations and are used in accordance with their respective copyright permissions. Individual translations retain their copyright protections.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use StillWaters only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StillWaters and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
